Let's be fair and tell you that you'll be leading a band of mercenaries, where each member can die in any fight, and will have to be replaced by another.

For those of you that aren't familiar with this PC port, you'll be leading a band of fearless.okay, not so fearless.nearly immortal.okay, very mortal.hm. Just because it's last on the list doesn't take away one bit from the ingenuity of Battle Brothers. We'll figure out a tactic for cramming it on in the future.
